One day, I forgot my passports in the room, but the staff, particularly Rose, took care of everything. She promptly sent the passports to my new hotel and kept me updated throughout the process. I really appreciated their attentiveness and care. The location was also great, close to everything but still quiet. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making my stay enjoyable.
